Intern Biostatistician, Valencia

AMS Advanced Medical Services GmbH is a privately-owned Contract Research Organization (CRO) with over 300 employees and sites in Mannheim, München, Bremen and Valencia, acting internationally since 1997 in Clinical Research, Medical Science/Benefit dossiers and Marketing & Sales in the medical-pharmaceutical industry. Our Clinical Research services for Phase l-lV trials as well as Non-interventional studies include Project Management, Monitoring, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety, Quality Assurance, conduction of Audits and support for Regulatory Affairs and submissions.

Your potential contribution:

• Input into clinical study protocols /reports concerning statistical methodology, development of statistical analysis plans.
• Perform statistical analyses
• Development of SAS programmes and automatization of SAS- dependent processes
• Development of internal reports or workflows
• Support the EU-HTA Stats team

Your profile (ideally):

• Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology or similar qualification
• Knowledge in applying statistical or epidemiological methods and applicable guidelines, programming skills in preferably SAS (or R, Python).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or a Contract Research Organization.
